INGREDIENTS:

3 mashed bananas (ripe)

1/3 cup apple sauce

2 cups oats

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup raisins or nuts

1 cup good dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand is my fave)

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 15-20 minutes. NO SUGAR! NO FLOUR!
